Each year more than 20,000 students attending the University of New South Wales look for accommodation options on campus or nearby - those students now use a single website to find the right accommodation to suit their preferences.
We worked with UNSW Student Accommodation to translate their digital marketing strategy into a customer-focused website that makes it simple to find accommodation while you attend university.
We created a content strategy so that the visual design and website functionality was laser-focused on the marketing goals of the website. The strategy we created was a combination of our initial project workshops, combined with UNSW’s marketing plan for student accommodation. We collaborated with stakeholders to produce a comprehensive suite of sample content - driven by the content strategy - that resulted in a more efficient design process and a final design that fully supported the website’s primary goal.
Visitors can access the same content and functionality on any device - mobile or desktop. The final design solution produces an elegant visual experience that conforms to the limitations of a range of devices without compromising the website experience.
Purpose built content authoring
Marketing staff can create rich, dynamic website pages with easy-to-use content authoring tools. Each page on the site has a purpose-built form that supports a consistent style-guide for new and updated content into the future. All the content management features have been implemented in Drupal, which allows for easy hand-over to UNSW web teams for ongoing security updates.
